How long will it take for my order to ship?

Because our items are made by hand in small batches, processing times can differ. The moment your piece ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it home.

How do processing time and shipping time differ?

Processing time is the period we spend designing, handcrafting, finishing, and packaging your piece with care. Shipping time begins once your order has been picked up by the carrier and is on its way to you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we offer shipping within the United States. We look forward to opening international shipping as we continue to grow.

If I'm local, can I pickup my order or get delivery?

Yes — we offer both porch pickup and local delivery. Pickup details are provided when your order is ready. Delivery is $2 per mile within 20 miles of Commercial Point, OH.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

We insure every package for your peace of mind. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out within 3 business days of delivery so we can help start a claim. After the carrier processes the refund, we’ll issue your refund or create a replacement.

Does the price of the item include the cost of shipping?

Items over $30 include shipping in the listed price. You’ll receive tracking information by email before the carrier picks up your package—just note that these emails occasionally end up in spam. If you can’t find your tracking number, simply fill out the form on our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can help. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded. We encourage you to review the item details and shop policies before purchasing.

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! We adore creating bespoke pieces. Send us your ideas through our contact form, and let’s craft something truly heart‑made.

What is your policy for custom orders?

Custom pieces are created just for you, so payment is required in full before design work begins. Design time will depend on the details of your request, and processing time starts once you’ve approved the final design. Because each piece is made to order, we begin crafting only after everything is confirmed.

Product Care

How should I care for my handcrafted items?

To maintain the beauty of your wood and textile pieces, keep them away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth for cleaning.

Are wood signs weather proof?

Each sign is sealed with a clear enamel for added protection. Even so, our pine and premium plywood pieces aren’t designed to withstand constant rain or direct sun. Over time, outdoor elements will naturally age the wood and fade the painted finish.
